How it all began....

Cynthia grew up shadowing her father at his automotive repair shop in Berkeley, CA. He took the time to teach her all aspects of running a successful business, most importantly showing her how to manage the finances. For 6 years, Cynthia assisted her father in running the back end of their business and took over the bookkeeping, until she decided to create a business of her own.

In 2018, Cynthia obtained her first clients focusing on bookkeeping and project management. In 2021, she decided it was time to officially name her business and that was when Mindful Management was born. While her focus was initially on clients in the automotive industry, she has branched out into other industries including advertising, contractors, event planning and more.

I don’t know what I would do without Mindful Management! They keep me on track and on point and allow me to run my business and do the things that I am good at while they take care of everything else! They are versatile and open to doing any sort of job description in order to make my business better. I’m constantly making changes in what they do for me!
